So playing tennis last night turned out to be a mistake. Despite the brace thing and the ibuprofen, my arm started to hurt pretty much from the get go. Toward the end of the second set, I apologized to the players on my court, but said that I couldn't continue. We did finish out that set, but I was toast afterward. And I'm quite a bit bummed about it, too.
