My elbow is much better today. Still a little tweaky, but I can lift stuff again. The remaining pain is due to the 150 push-ups done on Monday. Just to be safe, I skipped the workout last night. It was the Filthy Fifty - basically requiring 50 reps of every exercise you can imagine and some you never would have thought of. I knew my elbow would be a problem and I didn't want to make anything worse. Friday is a rest day, so I'll do the Filthy Fifty then. It's supposed to be cold then, too, which might be helpful with a workout of that magnitude.
I went home and did freelance instead. The company's been asking about a particular calendar so I sat down and got it done so I wouldn't have to hear any more about it. I do my best to prioritize the accounts, but inevitably, someone has to complain. Though I admit, I can't really blame them since we're nearing the middle of January and a number of accounts haven't been completed yet. For the most part, they seem to understand that I'm doing the best I can. Looking forward to finishing them up.
